CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to register. Course materials are sent to you upon receipt of such deposit. Cancellations must be made TWO WEEKS or more before the course date for credit or refund less the $250.00 deposit.  A transfer fee of $75.00 is charged for schedule changes made prior to the two weeks.  No refunds will be given for cancellations or schedule changes made within 2 weeks prior to your course date.

HOST SITE AGREEMENTS

For all hosted certifications (Basic, Floorwork and Xercizer) the following apply:
1. HOST will pay reasonable Hotel and Transportation costs for the IM=X Pilates Master Trainer.
2. All participating staff must allow for FULL ATTENDANCE to be eligible for IM=X Pilates Certification.
3. Space must be allocated for the entire Certification. Each day may include no less than eight hours.
4. IM=X Pilates, Inc. will provide registration and certification materials:
- Registration Forms
- Certification Course Manuals to all REGISTERED participants
5. IM=X Pilates, Inc. will take REGISTRATION over the phone or fax.
6. HOST will actively seek enrollment by doing the following:
- Distributing Fliers to Staff
- Announcing Certification in Staff Meetings
- Posting Information on Certification

IM=X Pilates 5-Day Intensive Certification
(Floorwork and Xercizer)
Host Site Requirements:
1. Registration payment of $1695 for a minimum of four (4) registrants required with the purchase of two (2) Xercizers/reformers. Payment must be received 4 weeks prior to Certification Course dates.
2. Without purchase of Xercizer, minimun of five (5) registrants required. Host MUST have one Xercizer/reformer for every three participants. Registration payment must be received 4 weeks prior to Certification Course dates.
3. Xercizer equipment must be scheduled for delivery at least one week prior to course date. Xercizer purchases must be final for certification dates to be scheduled.

2 FREE certifications with 6 REGISTRANTS & 3 XERCIZERS

IM=X Pilates FLOORWORK Certification (2 Days)
Host Site Requirements:
1. Registration payment of $595/person for a minimum of six participants must be received NO LATER than 4 weeks prior to Certification.
2. Host provides all necessay equipment (rings, body bars, mats) - such equipment can be purchased from IM=X Pilates, Inc.

DISCOUNTS:

2 FREE certifications with 7 REGISTRANTS
3 FREE certifications with 8 REGISTRANTS

IM=X Pilates XERCIZER (reformer) Certification (3 Days)
Host Site Requirements:
1. Registration payment of $1100 for a minimum of four (4) registrants required with the purchase of two (2) Xercizers/reformers. Payment must be received 4 weeks prior to Certification Course dates.
2. Without purchase of Xercizer, minimun of five (5) registrants required. Host MUST have one Xercizer/reformer for every three participants.
3. Xercizer/reformer equipment must be scheduled for delivery at least one week prior to course date. Xercizer purchases must be final for certification dates to be scheduled.
